Every NuWave Adjusting representative is a licensed Illinois state public adjuster with at minimum 5 years experience managing insurance claims on behalf of homeowners. In order to obtain a public adjuster license from the Illinois Department of Insurance you must pass a background check, maintain a $20,000 bond in your name, and pass a state licensing exam while maintaining continuing education throughout your career.
